These earrings are made from real blood oranges! They are dried and coated in eco-friendly resin. Because real fruits and veggies are used, each item is unique and special. Every pair is one-of-a-kind, so the pair you receive will not be the exact pair pictured, but it will be very similar :) We only use sterling silver over surgical steel hypoallergenic earrings.
***Due to the fact that these earrings were made from real oranges they should not be worn while swimming or taking showers. You may find imperfections in the fruit or inside the resin coating such as tiny air bubbles or whiteness. Additionally, the size of each slice may vary slightly since they are all hand sliced! The color of the earrings will fade over time due to sun exposure, oxidation and the fact that real nature is constantly changing :))***
